While we don’t require you to hire someone from our list, we really ask that you do. Or at least ask us for additional options if these aren’t your vibe. We could write a whole article on why, but you hired us because you trust us, so we won’t bore you.
At Kismet Event Co., we recommend great quality vendors. It’s important to know what makes a good vendor – these are the qualities I must see before recommending them.
Would rather work with a planner (i.e., they don’t give pushback and make things hard for you)
Appropriate response times (24 hours on any given day, 2-3 days in the busy season. Florists will always take longer, given the nature of their work.)
Properly staffed with backup plans
Insured
Proper contracts, clear services, and expectations
Arrives on time, if not early
Develops ideas
Goes the extra mile for each event
Delivers a consistent and reliable product
Clean and professional in appearance
Personable and relational
Provides education to each client
Doesn’t manipulate an upsell
